Due to the nature of gift cards, there is no way to confirm if a gift card has been redeemed or not without redeeming it. Therefore, All sales are final, and no refunds will be made once orders have been fulfilled*.

However, if your order has yet to be fulfilled* You are entitled to a full refund paid back via your original payment method. In this case, please contact us.

*Fulfilled: The order has completed, and the gift card code has been sent out to the customer via Email.
