5th of July: We have confirmed our store's "Customer Product Reviews" service is now functionally normally.
Our team has recently noticed that customer product reviews have not been sent out and auto-published correctly.
We have been in contact with Stamped.io - the review service that we use, and have been told: "due to a backlog of review request emails in their processing queue, it may take quite some time for it all to be processed and sent out."
We estimate this should be fixed in the next 48 hours, and we apologize for the inconvenience caused.
